À la réception de votre formulaire rempli (et des droits), le CPTNB communiquera avec vous par courriel pour en accuser réception et le revoir si nécessaire. Nous pourrions vous demander d’autres renseignements ou des éclaircissements. S’il y a lieu, vous devez aussi joindre les formulaires applicables aux demandes d’inscription aux sous-registres concernant l’exercice de l’acupuncture ou du traitement aux aiguilles sèches et l’exercice spécialisé.

Même si nous faisons de notre mieux pour traiter une inscription en un à trois jours ouvrables, elle peut être retardée à cause de renseignements incomplets ou erronés, de documents à l’appui manquants ou incorrects et d’autres facteurs.

Veillez à donner TOUS les détails exacts et à fournir TOUS les documents à l’appui ainsi que les droits.

Upon receipt of your completed application (including fees) CPTNB will contact you by e-mail to
confirm its receipt and to review it if necessary. We may ask for other or more information for
clarification.

While we do our best to complete a registration within 1-3 business days, it may be delayed
due to incomplete or erroneous information, missing or incorrect supporting documents, and
other factors.

Be sure you correctly complete ALL details and provide ALL supporting documents and fees.

This easy-to-use directory allows members of the public to verify if an individual providing physiotherapy services is registered with the College of Physiotherapists of New Brunswick (CPTNB) and to see if there are any current conditions, restrictions, or terms on their registration.
